Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

As edible oils are perishable food products, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. Unopened bottles in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For orders that arrive damaged or incorrect, we offer a free replacement or a full refund — write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
